Try & See helps you test your worries using behavioral experiments. When something is on your mind, write down what you predict will happen. Later, check back to record what actually occurred. Over time, you'll see that most worries never come true.
How do I create a prediction?
Tap the + button on the home screen. Describe what you're worried about, rate how likely you think it is, and choose when to check back.
When do I record the outcome?
You'll get a reminder when it's time to check back. Open the prediction and record what actually happened - did your worry come true?
What do the stats mean?
Your stats show how often your worries actually came true versus how often they didn't. Most people find that the majority of their fears were unfounded.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your predictions are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We do not share your data with third parties.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the paywall screen and tap "Restore purchases" at the bottom. Your previous purchases will be restored automatically.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the profile tab and tap "Delete account". This permanently removes all your data from our servers.
